Build-to-Rent & Multi-Residential
Renewable Surfaces.
In multi-residential spaces, surfaces experience constant daily wear. Sentio is designed with renewal in mind — allowing minor damage and wear to be restored rather than replaced.
Why Sentio
Repairable & renewable
Designed for long-term use, Sentio can be renewed and refinished directly on-site to restore the surface appearance, keeping benchtop as good as new for decades. No costly replacement process required.
Stain resistant
Non-porous by design, Sentio resists permanent staining — helping kitchens, bathrooms, and laundries clean efficiently between tenancies.
Zero silica since 2008
Sentio is zero silica since 2008, Sentio removes the uncertainty surrounding newly reformulated surfaces and evolving compliance standards.
